Solar Heating Systems
Heating systems plays an important role in the hospitality industry, hospitals and almost all manufacturing plants and industries as well as homes in the colder countries. They are also one of the major energy consumers, either in the form of electricity, gas, petroleum or coal all over the world. By using solar heating systems, not only the nature gets benefited, the users of the systems also get direct benefit from the electricity or other fuel bills. The CapEx usually recovered within 18 to 24 months from the OpEx and complete saving onwards with your responsibility fulfillment to the environment.
Our solar water heating systems are mainly available for commercial and industrial applications – boiler-feed and process heating – generating heat up to 85 degrees centigrade. We provide the best quality of the products from multiple origin depending on the choice of the customers. We offer both evacuated glass tube technology (ETC) and copper flat plate technology (FPC) which can be integrated with a heat pump for continuous hot water where applicable.
EVACUATED GLASS TUBE COLLECTORS (ETC): For ETC systems, we use large diameter ‘3-target’ glass tubes that heat water from 25 to 65 degrees centigrade in just 4-5 hours on a sunny day. Our ETC systems comes with ceramic coated tanks that are insulated with high density polyurethane foam for better heat retention.
FLAT COPPER PLATE COLLECTORS (FPC): Our flat plate collector systems are rugged and reliable, and are built to support high pressure applications (up to 5-bar).
HEAT PUMP FOR CONTINUOUS HOT WATER: Heat pumps are a cost effective way of heating water. We integrate heat pumps with solar water heating systems for continuous hot water. Heat pumps range from 100 LPH up to 500 LPH and can be integrated with any solar water heating system
